Frequency Foundry Hires Dynamics 365 Industry Leader to Lead Direct and Channel Sales

Frequency Foundry Inc., a technology consulting firm specializing in Customer Experience and Cloud Contact Centre solutions, has hired industry veteran, Charles Finstad, as its new senior vice president of sales. Charles has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry and will be accountable for overall sales and revenue growth for the company. Charles will be responsible for building on the Foundry’s strong position to accelerate direct and channel sales globally.

Frequency Foundry CEO Shekar Kadaba says, “We couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire Charles to lead our sales team. His sales leadership expertise and his experience in growing several ERP, CRM, IT and software development consulting practices will allow us to continue our focus on absolute customer delight while growing our IP offerings and services business across North America.”

Charles has a demonstrated track record of blending consulting delivery and business development skills in the context of the Microsoft technology stack. Charles most recently was the director of business development for Avanade and prior to that, he was director of the ERP practice at Ideaca (now Hitachi Solutions). Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Alberta.

“I look forward to collaborating with the Foundry team and growing the company to a place where it’s recognized as the defacto leader amongst Microsoft Dynamics 365 partners in Canada … and eventually North America … as well as the dominant partner in the public sector and higher education,” says Charles.

Beyond leadership and mentorship, Charles’s responsibilities include creation and execution of sales cycles and sales campaigns for targeted market segments, as well as providing guidance and deal strategy for sales and marketing resources. He is also responsible for planning and implementing new sales processes and tools, and for creating third-party channels through which Foundry products and services can be sold.
