CRM Implementation Specialist

The Gig:

This is a full-time role for a Customer Relationship Management Implementation Specialist for our Customer Onboarding group. The successful candidate will be a key participant in the our client implementations, and ensuring that they are successful in realizing the return on their investments in our solutions.

The CRM Implementation Specialist brings to the table a combination of CRM functional expertise, business analysis, technical aptitude, training and business consulting skills. You are comfortable managing groups of internal and external stakeholders to fulfill key strategic initiatives related to student experience. You will be a key participant in making the Foundry products work for our clients business goals, capturing of needs and working with an architect to identify the optimal design, manage requirements throughout the project life cycle, and ensure IT deliverables meet the requirements of our clients.

The Implementation Specialist is tasked to work on Projects involving the onboarding of our customers on to Foundry’s award-winning Higher Education and Public sector CRM Solutions. A trained Implementation Specialist will need to be extremely knowledgeable in Foundry’s Product, be a CRM functional expert, have a comprehensive understanding of the higher education industry, challenges and opportunities and be comfortable managing client relationships and project success.

The successful candidate forms the key bridge between Foundry, The Engineering group and The Customer being able to translate product capabilities to the Customer and put forward customer needs to the Product & Engineering team for consideration.

About you:

  1. At least three years of demonstrable experience as an Implementation Specialist, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner or Business Consultant on an IT product
  2. End to end understanding and some experience with any Software Development Lifecycle Methodology
  3. Ability to adapt to and learn new technology and demonstrated experience with enterprise business applications such as ERP and CRM systems
  4. Ability to manage the requirements-elicitation process with internal and external clients of varying technical skills, and directs the clients to solutions consistent with satisfying their key business objectives
  5. Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Moqups, Balsamiq and Visio
  6. Experience in documenting business and functional requirements
  7. Ability to train non-technical users on business application software
  8. Ability to perform Quality Assurance Testing

The Nice-To-Have’s:

  1. Experience with CRM Systems
  2. Experience with Higher Education
  3. CBAP/IIBA or Business Analysis/Product Management courses/certification
